Why passionate?
Well, given my age and experience I’m especially interested in and supportive of women in mid-life who might not be getting the recognition they deserve, both in the workplace and life in general. That’s the reason I launched the 45 Not Out suite of platforms to bring together women of this age to join together and try to make the change they are seeking.
These are my honest values, and it’s fair to say that all my work projects reflect these values. The 45 Not Out Facebook Group Newsletter and Podcast are all produced from this perspective.
