A book offering a library of easy tips and hacks to help you learn to sleep again in our mid-life and older years.
The book is based on my experience as a total insomniac of 4 years, where I tried anything and everything, mostly science-backed, to try and regain good sleep. After much experimentation, I found the handful of things that worked for me. And I cover them fully in the book.
And, because we are all different and what works for one may not work for another, I’ve included some of the solutions that didn’t work for me.
All solutions included in the book are scientifically recommended and I have included a reference section in the book for validation.
